Hi Jacob,
Apologies for the late reply. I thought I had responded and obviously didn't.
To keep development simple, CatBlock only runs on Chrome and other browsers that support Chrome extensions (including Opera, Firefox's WebExtensions, and MS Edge). Therefore, an update would need to be made to SeaMonkey to work with a recent version of Firefox (which it appears they are working on in v2.48), which should hopefully let you run CatBlock on it.

Update: Now that Firefox 57 is being released, all extensions must be WebExtensions. Hopefully this will move across to SeaMonkey soon, if it hasn’t already.
