Title for Chrome extension options page still says "AdBlock Options"

Hello,

First, I'm glad to see that CatBlock is still being developed!

I noticed that the title displayed on the Chrome extension options page still says "AdBlock". Please see the attached image. It's just a minor thing, but it's something that could be updated very quickly. I noticed that the web page source doesn't have a <title> tag with data, so I suspect that Chrome is getting it from somewhere else in the extension.

   Hi!

   Thanks for noticing that! I'd noticed myself, but have yet to create a reminder to get it done. I'll spend some time fixing it now and it should be in the next update to CatBlock!
